1. Agreement to Terms

By booking travel services or purchasing a travel plan through Travelers Well Wanders, LLC ("TWW," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions. TWW acts solely as a travel design studio and booking agent for third-party suppliers (tour operators, airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not the source or operator of the services booked. TWW is a Certified Independent Contractor of Fora.

2. Planning & Design Fees

TWW offers various professional travel planning services, including Daily Edit Plans ($350), and Well Curated Plans ($725 per week).

• Non-Refundability: All Travel Design and Planning Fees are 100% non-refundable once research, consultation, or planning has commenced, regardless of whether a trip is booked or subsequently canceled.

• Scope: These fees cover professional consulting and itinerary design and are separate from the actual cost of travel components (hotels, transportation, etc.).

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Responsibility: You are responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees related to your bookings.

• Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to TWW.

• TWW Administrative Fee: In addition to any supplier-imposed penalties, TWW reserves the right to charge a non-refundable Administrative Cancellation Fee of $150 per booking to cover the labor involved in processing cancellations.

• Supplier Policies: Refunds and penalties are governed by individual supplier policies. Some bookings (especially "non-refundable" rates) may result in a total loss of funds.

• Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback to avoid valid cancellation penalties. TWW reserves the right to recover costs, including legal fees, incurred in disputing such chargebacks.

4. Air Travel Disclaimer

TWW does not book, manage, or take responsibility for airfare.

• Any flight information included in an itinerary is for coordination and scheduling purposes only.

• Clients are responsible for booking their own flights and reconfirming schedules 24–72 hours before departure.

• TWW is not liable for missed connections, denied boarding, or expenses resulting from flight delays or cancellations.

5. Travel Insurance & Waiver

TWW strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

• Acknowledgment: By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have been advised to purchase travel insurance.

• Waiver: If you choose to travel without insurance, you assume all financial risk associated with cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost property, and you agree to indemnify TWW against any such losses.

6. Travel Documentation & Safety

• Documentation: You are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and required health documentation (vaccinations, tests).

• Accuracy: Review all documents upon receipt. Notify TWW of discrepancies within 24 hours.

• Safety: You assume all risks inherent in travel and are responsible for your personal safety and compliance with local laws.

7. Limitations of Liability

TWW is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers. We are not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or changes caused by suppliers or force majeure events (weather, strikes, epidemics). Our total liability is limited to the amount of commission or fees paid directly to TWW.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, for all disputes.

9. Changes to Terms

TWW reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on our website and is effective immediately. Last Updated: April 7, 2026
