Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between Travelers Well Wanders, LLC (“Travelers Well Wanders,” “TWW,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Client,” “passenger,” “you,” or “your”). By planning travel with TWW, you agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that TWW acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services (“Supplier(s)”) and is not the source or provider of the travel services. These terms include warranties, disclaimers, and exclusions of liability that may restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to TWW.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking travel services through The Travelers Well Wanders, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. TWW acts solely as a booking agent for third-party Suppliers, such as tour operators, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers. We are not the source or operator of the services booked.

2. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to make travel bookings. You agree to provide accurate information and only make legitimate bookings on behalf of yourself or authorized individuals in your party.

Separate terms from individual Suppliers apply to your bookings and must be reviewed and accepted.

TWW is a Certified Independent Contractor of Fora IATA#33520476.

3. Payments & Cancellations

You are responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees related to your bookings. By submitting a credit card authorization, you permit TWW to charge your payment method for authorized travel purchases.

Disputes via chargeback to avoid cancellation penalties are prohibited. If initiated, TWW reserves the right to recover related costs, including legal fees.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds and fees depend on the Supplier’s policies. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

4. Travel Documentation

You are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Information on acceptable TSA identification can be found at tsa.gov.

All travel documents should be reviewed for accuracy upon receipt. Notify TWW immediately of any discrepancies.

5. Health & Safety Requirements

You must comply with health regulations, including vaccinations or testing requirements. Refer to the CDC and travel.state.gov for current guidance.

6. Air Travel & Check-In

Flight schedules are subject to change. Reconfirm all flights 24–72 hours in advance. TWW is not liable for missed connections or denied boarding due to schedule changes or documentation issues.

7. Hazardous Materials & Insecticide Disclosure

Hazardous materials are restricted on flights. Refer to tsa.gov for details. For information on insecticide use by airlines, visit the DOT website.

8. Booking Errors & Availability

We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors. All offers are subject to change and availability.

9. Changes & Unused Services

Unused services are non-refundable. Supplier policies may prohibit changes once confirmed. All change requests must be submitted in writing and may incur additional fees.

10. Limitations of Liability

TWW is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers. We are not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or changes caused by any Supplier or force majeure events.

Recovery is limited to the amount of commission or fees paid to TWW.

11. Travel Risks & Assumption of Responsibility

Travel involves risks. By booking, you accept these risks and agree not to hold TWW liable. You are responsible for your personal safety, travel insurance, and adhering to all local laws and guidelines during your trip.

12. Force Majeure

TWW is not liable for service failures due to events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, epidemics, or government actions. Refunds are at the discretion of Suppliers.

13. Conduct & Responsibility

You are responsible for your conduct during travel. Any damage, disruption, or behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from accommodations or services, at your expense.

14. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance is not included unless specified. If declined, a waiver may be required.

15. Currency Fluctuations

All pricing is subject to change due to currency fluctuations and Supplier adjustments. TWW is not responsible for foreign transaction fees.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tennessee for any disputes.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and The Travelers Well Wanders and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
