  • TWW offers a variety of travel planning options tailored to your needs.

    • Guide Plans range from $150–$300 and provide light-touch direction and inspiration.

    • The RECs Plan begins at $550 and includes personalized recommendations based on your travel style, preferences, and interests.

    • RECs + Itinerary Plans start at $750 and include up to four full days of detailed itinerary planning. Rush requests may incur additional fees.

    • Well Plans offer five full days of curated itinerary support and begin at $1,000. Additional days can be added at TWW’s standard hourly rate.

    No matter the plan you choose, each offering is crafted with care to elevate your travel experience from start to finish.

  • At TWW, we know that meaningful travel starts with real connection. While we use technology to keep things organized and efficient, it’s the human touch that sets your experience apart. We take the time to get to know you and your preferences to curate travel plans that reflect who you are.

    Google and ChatGPT can give you options. We give you insight, access, and elevated service that only comes from a trusted expert with on the ground connections in our specialized destinations.

    Guides & RECS Plans: We do not handle air bookings and it is recommended you book recommendations plans after you have purchased your flights and have exact dates.

    Well Plan: We can making bookings on your behalf with this plan, we still do not handle air bookings with this plan.

    We advise all clients to purchase travel insurance.

  • TWW typically books out well in advance and often cannot accommodate new Well Plan clients within a six-month travel window. Rush requests may be possible, so it’s always worth reaching out to check availability.

    The RECS Plans, we recommend submitting your order no more than 3 months domestic and 6 months internationally before your departure. This ensures the most current recommendations, including seasonal events, exhibits, and fresh additions to the scenes.

    If you're hoping to secure your accommodations ahead of the rest of your plan, we’re happy to prioritize that portion. Once your order is confirmed, just email us to request early hotel recommendations.

  • We understand that not every traveler is spending four figures per night on accommodations — which is why we thoughtfully work within a range of budgets to match you with the hotel that best fits your preferences, priorities, and price point. Our goal is always to maximize the value of your stay while delivering exceptional experiences.

    That said, to uphold the level of quality and service our clients expect in the luxury space, our minimum nightly hotel spend begins at $400 per night.

    Clients using our Accommodations Only portal may book starting a minimum of $250 per night.

  • For Guides and RECS Plans, yes. For the Well Plans, you must book your Accommodations through TWW.

  • At TWW, we understand that some travelers genuinely enjoy crafting their own itineraries. If you're not in need of a full travel design plan, we’re still delighted to assist with your accommodations.

    Hotel bookings are an important part of how we support our business, and with our trusted relationships across top properties in our select destinations we’re able to offer our clients exclusive benefits. When you reserve a stay through TWW at select 4- and 5-star hotels, you may enjoy special perks such as complimentary breakfast, priority for early check-in or late check-out (when available), room upgrades, VIP amenities, and valuable hotel credits for dining or spa experiences.

    Even if you're not using our full planning services, you're welcome to tap into these hotel perks. Simply submit a booking request. If approved, we’ll send over a short accommodations questionnaire to gather key trip details — such as your preferred location, nightly budget, travel dates, party size, and whether you’ve visited the destination before. Based on your responses, we’ll present handpicked hotel options for you to consider. A fully refundable deposit is required to begin the process and is returned after your completed stay.

    Already have a specific hotel in mind? No problem. If you’d like us to handle the booking and apply our perks, we’re happy to do so at no cost and with no deposit required.

  • We don’t handle dining reservations directly, as many restaurants now require credit card authorizations and plans often change last minute. Instead, we prioritize placing our clients in hotels with exceptional concierge teams who are well-equipped to manage your dining needs seamlessly and with local expertise.

  • We understand that plans can change — sometimes unexpectedly. That’s why we highly recommend travel protection as a safeguard against unforeseen circumstances. Since cancellation policies vary by supplier, having the right insurance can help protect your investment and provide peace of mind.

    We offer a range of travel protection options to fit your specific needs. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, pending timing of cancellation a fee may apply, as outlined in our terms and conditions. We're here to support you every step of the way.

  • Travel protection is always strongly recommended and often essential — especially for international journeys. To receive the most comprehensive coverage, it's important to purchase your policy within 14 days of making your initial trip deposit.

    While we’re happy to provide quotes tailored to your needs — including options like Cancel for Any Reason coverage — it’s ultimately the traveler’s responsibility to review and understand the terms of their policy. Our goal is to help you travel with confidence, knowing you're protected against the unexpected.
