Christmas in New York
New York City
November 19-22, 2026
holiday magic
New York in December is the city at its most magical — walkable, glittering, quiet luxe. Our home base is Lotte Palace right in the middle of it all. Directly across Madison Avenue from St. Patrick’s Cathedral. This is the hotel that will give you the closest brush with Gilded Age New York, bar none.
Come for the festive ~ feel the season.
No Rush Hour: crisp mornings, city wandering, unhurried meals, a little shopping
Wander Time Built In: boutiques, galleries, coffee, and holiday moments
Indulgent Simplicity: slow morning → shopping→ a table that's already booked
Connection Without Pressure: togetherness when you want it, quiet when you need it
wander plans
Think of it as an early gift to yourself: a few days to take in the season before the obligations start — the shopping lists, the hosting, the family logistics. This is time that's just yours, before December asks for all of it.
This holiday trip is built for a small, women-only group — intimate on purpose, easy to enjoy. You'll get the full Travelers Well Wanders treatment: smart pacing, cozy-luxe details, standout dining, and room for both the laughing-too-loud dinners and the ones where nobody has to talk.
Full weekend flow below.
City COMFORTS
-
Beautifully paced, not over planned. Expect classic holiday New York — the windows, the tree, a walk through the park — alongside slow mornings, excellent tables, and enough open space to shop, rest, or do absolutely nothing.
-
A small, women-only group with a warm, low-effort vibe — connection that happens naturally, not one more thing to manage. Come solo or bring a friend. Either way, you're surrounded by women who came for the same thing.
-
Single occupancy isn’t just a detail—it’s the comfort that changes everything. This trip is designed for women who want space to truly exhale and move at your own pace—without roommate logistics or needing to be “on.”
You’ll have built-in togetherness when you want it and the quiet privacy.
if you would like to share a room please note that on the request form -
You'll love this if you're craving:
A holiday getaway that feels elevated, festive, and easy
A few days to enjoy the season before it turns into obligations
Time to yourself without having to plan a minute of it
As much — or as little — connection as you want
A trip that feels indulgent, not exhausting
Perfect for women 35+, girlfriends, mother–daughter duos, and anyone ready to let someone else handle the details for once.
Come for the festive ~
feel the season.

FAQs
-
Not here. If you’re 21+, you’re welcome. Most of our travelers are 40+, and that’s by design—women who know what they like, value comfort, and want travel that feels meaningful (not frantic). Mother–daughter duos are always a favorite, and multi-generational pairs are welcome when it fits the trip.
-
Think: grown-woman energy.
Curious, grounded, kind. We’re here for great meals, beautiful spaces, meaningful conversation, and the freedom to be yourself—whether that’s early-to-bed, first-to-the-spa, or last-laugh at dinner -
Either is perfect. Many women come solo and leave with new friends—because we intentionally design these trips to feel warm, easy, and unforced. If you want to bring a friend, sister, or daughter, we love that too.
-
You’ll fit right in. TWW itineraries are built with breathing room—a thoughtful rhythm of shared experiences and open time. Join the group when you’re feeling social, wander solo when you’re not, and know that both are completely normal here. No pressure to “perform” the trip.
-
Safety is foundational. We work with vetted hotel partners and trusted local guides, monitor travel and weather advisories, and keep a clear, calm communication plan in place before and during the trip. You’ll also have direct access to your host while traveling, plus local support on the ground when needed. Travel should feel expansive—not stressful.
-
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all TWW group trips. If you choose to decline cancelations, medical and emergencies are the responsibility of the traveler.
-
All booking terms and cancellation details can be found HERE. Because group travel requires contracted reservations secured in advance, cancellation terms can be more structured than individual travel—please review before booking.
